Refund Policy

The 100 KSH CBC trial is a one-time, non-refundable payment. Because access is granted instantly and the full curriculum is available immediately, we cannot offer refunds once payment is made.

There is nothing to cancel. The CBC trial is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. After 30 days, your access simply ends. You will not be charged again unless you choose to make another payment.

When your trial ends:

Your account remains active

Your quiz history, progress, badges, and XP are preserved

You can still browse the curriculum (read-only)

Interactive features (quizzes, AI tutor, flashcards) require a new payment

Your data is never deleted unless you request account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. This permanently removes all your data, including quiz history, progress, and certificates. This action cannot be undone.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the platform during your trial period, contact support. We will extend your access or resolve the issue.

Subscribers requesting a refund can initiate a ticket directly through the support section of their Nehiju Learn dashboard. Requests submitted within the eligible review window are evaluated based on account activity and system logs. When approved, funds are returned using the original payment provider, such as M-Pesa or card channels, ensuring a secure and straightforward transaction reversal process for Kenyan parents and learners.

Learners or parents can cancel automated subscription renewals at any time from their account settings without incurring extra charges. Upon cancellation, access to CBC revision materials, Mwalimu AI tutoring, and course resources remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. This policy gives families full freedom to test the 100 KSH 30-day CBC trial without long-term commitment.

Nehiju Learn prioritizes billing transparency by displaying all subscription details clearly prior to payment authorization. No hidden charges are applied when transitioning between PP1–Grade 12 subjects or exploring the 10 professional academies. Clear digital receipts are sent after every payment, giving parents complete visibility and peace of mind when managing educational investments.
