Understanding the Numbers
Your Weekly Report contains several metrics. Here is what each one means and how to use it.

XP (Experience Points)

XP measures total learning activity. You earn XP from quizzes, AI tutor conversations, flashcards, and completing lessons. The report shows this week XP versus last week, with a percentage change.
What to watch: If XP drops by more than 30% week over week, it usually means study consistency is slipping. Try to identify what changed in your schedule.

Quiz Average Score

The average percentage across all quizzes taken this week. Nehiju Learn compares this to your previous week and your all-time average.
What to watch: A drop of 10+ points may indicate harder material or a concept gap. Review the specific topics where you scored lowest.

Study Streak

Consecutive days with at least one learning activity. The report shows your current streak and longest streak.
What to watch: Streaks are the strongest predictor of long-term success. Even 10 minutes a day maintains your streak and builds momentum.

Subject Mastery

Each subject shows a progress bar based on quiz performance across all outcomes in that subject. The percentage reflects how many outcomes you have demonstrated competency in.
What to watch: Subjects below 40% mastery need priority. Use the CBC curriculum browser to find specific outcomes to practice.

CBC Competencies

The report tracks which of the 7 CBC core competencies you engaged with: Communication, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Digital Literacy, Self-Efficacy, Collaboration, and Citizenship.
What to watch: A balanced learner engages with multiple competencies. If you are only hitting one or two, try different types of activities.

Flashcards and Notes

Counts of flashcards created, reviewed, and notes saved. These show active study tool usage.
What to watch: Creating flashcards but not reviewing them is a common gap. Aim to review each flashcard set at least twice per week.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my XP different from my quiz score?

XP measures activity (how much you did), while quiz scores measure performance (how well you did). High XP with low scores means you are studying a lot but may need to slow down and focus on understanding.

What counts as a study day for my streak?

Any learning activity — a quiz, an AI tutor session, flashcard review, or lesson completion — counts as a study day. Even 5 minutes of activity maintains your streak.

How is subject mastery calculated?

Subject mastery is the percentage of curriculum outcomes in that subject where you have scored above 70% on at least one quiz attempt. It reflects how much of the curriculum you have demonstrated competency in.
