Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your profile. Access continues until the end of your billing period. There are no auto-renewal charges.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you have not substantially used the service (no more than 3 quizzes/exercises completed)
- Failed payments are fully refunded automatically
- Duplicate payments are fully refunded
Non-Refundable Cases
- After completing more than 3 quizzes/exercises
- After 7 days from payment
- Trial Pass (KSh 300)
How to Request a Refund
Email support@nehijulearn.com with your name, payment reference number, and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.
