1. Accounts and Responsibilities

To use Nehiju Learn, you must create an account with a valid email. You represent that the information you provide is accurate. Accounts are for individual use — do not share your account.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use false names or information
  • Do not access or tamper with other users' accounts
  • Do not post abusive or inappropriate content in the community
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the platform

3. CBC and Academy Services

Nehiju Learn provides CBC curriculum content (PP1–Form 4) and Academy courses (professional skills). CBC and Academy are billed separately.

4. AI Limitations (Mwalimu)

Mwalimu is an AI learning assistant. It may occasionally make mistakes. It cannot guarantee exam results. It is not a substitute for professional teaching. Always verify important information.

5. Certificates

Nehiju Learn certificates are Certificates of Completion. They are not externally accredited. A certificate indicates you completed a course or quiz on the platform.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Plans are billed monthly via Paystack (M-Pesa, card)
  • CBC and Academy are billed separately
  • You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • No auto-renewal charges

7. Content Ownership

Course content, notes, and videos are property of Nehiju Learn or third parties. You may not copy or distribute without permission.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from your profile.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nehiju Learn is provided as-is. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform. AI may make mistakes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
